Can you send us your brochure with price list?
No sure. We only send the price list to our former client and present client if there has something new or something changed. And, we couldn't make sure every inquiries like yours would be treated to be a high volume one. However, a representative will be in contact with you for further communication. If he think it is time to give you the quotation list, then he/she could do it at once. Otherwise, you must be patient for waiting. More complementary products are created every days here. In order to avoid any potential market conflicts, we only sold unique items to the unique clients.
What is your minimum order for your product service?
The ideal minimum order for both supermarket shelves and warehouse shelves are 1 FCL. If client would ask us to send a part of beam or support, he/she must pay the cost of sample and shipping cost in advance. For the shopping basket and shopping cart, we could send sample, which is just one of our present products, and it is just in storage. If does, client must also pay the cost of both sample and shipping cost by T/T in advance. In case any customer would require a unique design or demand, we will try our best to satisfy their needs. The unit cost will be higher for small quantities and very particular designs.
What are your procedures for sending samples?
In principal, we only send samples when prices are agreed upon. Generally speaking, our own designs will be sent in 10 days. For making sample of your unique picture, photos and other designs, we shall request you to pay for the designing cost as sometimes it is very time costly to make samples.
What is your competition on price?
We would try our best to help you to separate yourself from the normal factory branded products to make price comparisons with your competitors and to maximize your opportunity to increase your margins. We can also work effectively as your buying agent in China.
How about your shipping method?
Full loads, part loads, consolidated loads, air shipments, sea shipments......We have a dedicated Shipping & Documents Department to ensure prompt and timely deliveries to any destination throughout the world.
